James Cunningham, of Milledgeville, is keenly aware of the stresses facing the entire family when moving. He relocated many times throughout his youth and during his military career until coming to Georgia to raise his own family. James is a veteran of Vietnam and a graduate of Georgia Southern University with a degree in History. 

James has been a football and baseball coach while teaching in the Baldwin County School System.  Having been a consultant for Northside Mortgage since 1995, he joined us full time in 2002.  He has gained distinction for his ability to earn the trust of numerous Middle Georgia families and provide residential lending solutions that best meet their needs.

As a Northside Mortgage banker, James  is committed to providing each customer with the highest level of service, integrity and professionalism. He strives to maintain a consulting relationship with each customer to ensure the original mortgage product continues to be the best fit as lifestyle or financial needs change.  Active in the community, James supports the Georgia Industrial Children's Home and The Children's Miracle Network.
